The background has a beautiful mysterious winter feel to it. I think that gives this image a lot of character. The use of color and light is proportioned well. The woman is beautifully put together with a great impact on her attire. The wings really stand out and give this a nice fantasy appearance to the whole image as well. The only thing I'd say is that her hair blends in with the background a bit but that's no big deal at all. This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of artwork. The falling snow adds a beautiful touch as well.
